I confess: I had previously thought of Glenn Greenwald as a journalist and a strong advocate for Freedom of Speech and of the Press. I never knew that he was a raging anti-Semite.

Mr Greenwald tweeted:

The journalist knew, of course, exactly whet the “IDF soldier” was doing in Samaria, because the CNN article he linked told him:

The son of Israeli Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter was critically injured in a ramming attack in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday afternoon, according to regional authorities, one day before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s scheduled speech at the United Nations.

Neria Leiter, a reserve soldier manning a checkpoint near the settlement of Beit Horon, was rushed to a hospital in Jerusalem, according to emergency response services.

So, what was the young soldier doing there? He was standing his post, as he was ordered to do!

“Neria needs a miracle,” Leiter said in a statement on social media. “I believe in the power of prayer, and I believe that when the people of Israel unite, miracles happen.”

The driver of the car, 29-year-old Mahmoud Muhammad Mahmoud Suleiman, a Palestinian from the nearby village of Beit Ur al-Tahta, was shot and killed at the scene of the attack, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Earlier on Wednesday, he accused Bari Weiss of leading the IDF to “murder” the “great Palestinian poet and author Refaat Alareer” because she responded to a tweet by that ‘great poet’ in which Mr Greenwald claimed, without proof, Mr Alareer was simply mocking an allegation.

The American expatriate journalist then went on to justify terrorism:

Do all groups of people have the right to use violence against a foreign occupying military or only some?

If you deliberately target a soldier in a foreign occupying military, is that “terrorism”?

The Palestinians could have had 97% of Judea and Samaria, and all of Gaza, as their independent state, in 2001, but Yassir Arafat angrily rejected the agreement with President Bill Clinton and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, in what Mr Clinton said was the best deal the ‘Palestinians’ could ever hope to get. My belief is that Mr Arafat rejected it because he knew he would be assassinated by the ‘Palestinian’ irredentists if he had signed.

The Arabs simply preferred to fight than accept a deal which left Israel intact; Mr Clinton said that, too. We can see just what their fighting has achieved.

I’ve said it many times before: the ‘Palestinians’ should be free from Israeli occupation . . . in Egypt, in Syria, and in Jordan. The Israelis need to do what they should have done following the 1967 war, when it would have been simpler: expel every last Arab from Judea, Samaria and Gaza. That would give Israel shortened, more defensible borders, and separate the country from a population which hate them with a burning passion.

Then Mr Greenwald doubled down:

Don’t terrorist attacks require the targeting of civilians? This was an armed, on-duty soldier in a military considered to be an occupying force under international law. How does that remotely fit the definition of “terrorism”?

Hey, if that’s the way he wants it! But in war, if one side is not in uniform, they may be shot on sight, as spies. This brave attacker was dispatched to his 72 bacha bazi boys moments later, so it’s all good. But the ‘Palestinians’ have proven themselves remarkably inept at warfare. They manage to kill a few people, almost always in surprise attacks, and then wind up getting hundreds or thousands or tens of thousands of their own people, along with (supposedly) innocent non-combatants sent to Jahannam as well.

Mr Greenwald, himself of Jewish extraction? Nothing he writes can be trusted any longer, because it is so thoroughly tainted by his unreasonable hatred of Jews. He might claim it’s just opposition to Zionism, but Bari Weiss does not live in Israel. What Mr Greenwald seems to want is for the Arabs to win the war against Israel, but if that happened, his fellow Jews would see der Führer’s great project completed.

Zionism itself? Our good, Christian brethren throughout Europe taught the Jews a lesson they can never, ever forget, that the Jews can depend only upon themselves for their safety, their security, their very lives. We want to blame the Nazis for the Holocaust, but the Nazis were a relatively small group, and they required the cooperation of the non-Nazi Germans, as well as the French, the Dutch, the Danes, the Poles, the heavily Christian people of all of the nations they occupied in World War II to find and round up anyone they thought to be Jewish, to load them into railcars and ship them off to an unknown fate.

Make no mistake here: we created the Zionist movement, and the flood of Jews to their ancestral homeland. Theodor Herzl put together the philosophical and political arguments for Israel decades earlier, but while some Jews were making aliyah, most weren’t . . . until the good, Christian Europeans despoiled them of everything they had, including their homes and businesses, and for six million of them, their very lives. The good Christians of the United Kingdom kept the survivors of the Holocaust penned up in ‘displaced persons camps,’ trying to keep them from emigrating to the Holy land, all because the British favored the Arabs.

The surviving Jews of World War II were the ones who recreated Israel, but we were the ones who forced them to do so.
