This is the kind of thing that pisses me off about Joe Biden being President. Looking at the January unemployment numbers, he said:

The unemployment numbers are from data collected in the middle of the month, normally before the 20^th, meaning before he signed the executive order that threw 11,000 people out of work on the Keystone XL Pipeline!
