The hostages have been released, but some on the left are just very upset that Hamas have been defeated

At 10:40 PM EDT on Sunday, October 12, 2025 — the real Columbus Day! — a distinguished gentleman calling himself simply “matt” quoted a tweet by Ivanka Trump Kushner, showing her praying at the Western Wall, responding “girl fuck you and your pedophile dad AND israel”. Please pardon the language, but I’m not going to soft-peddle it. Matt’s Twitter — I refuse to call it 𝕏 — biography self-describes him as “queer jew w very long nails, host of a bit fruity, he/they”, so make of that what you will.

President Trump and Mrs Kushner’s husband, Jared Kushner, were part of the negotiation which got the first phase of the Trump Peace Plan accepted by both Israel and whatever passes for the leadership of Hamas, and the remaining living hostages held by Hamas are being released. Israel has accepted the ceasefire provisions, and the killing has stopped. What, I have to ask, does Matt want, for the IDF to keep blasting and bombing Gaza, to keep killing more ‘Palestinians’?

Then there was Antony Blinken, who was Secretary of State under President Biden, who tweeted:

It starts with a clear and comprehensive post conflict plan for Gaza. It’s good that President Trump adopted and built on the plan the Biden Administration developed after months of discussion with Arab partners, Israel and the Palestinian Authority. It centers on temporary, transitional authorities for Gaza’s governance, security, humanitarian assistance, and rebuilding, led by Arab and international partners alongside Palestinians, backed by the United States, and ultimately handed over to full Palestinian control.

That was part of a twelve-tweet series praising the Trump Peace Plan, trying to take some credit for what President Trump and his people accomplished, what Messrs Biden and Blinken and their staffers failed to accomplish. The war in Gaza went on for 15 months and 13 days while they were in office, and only 8 months and 23 days after Mr Trump took office.

Mr Blinken admitted one reason that President Trump was able to achieve what Messrs Biden and Blinken could not:

First, what changed to make this breakthrough possible? Hamas is finally and fully isolated. Arab states and Turkey have said “enough.” The misery Hamas provoked and would allow to persist has delegitimized it among most Gazans. And Hamas realized that the cavalry (Iran, Hezbollah, the Houthis) are not coming to the rescue.

Let’s tell the real truth: Mr Trump told Hamas, explicitly, that if they didn’t agree to the plan, Israel would have complete American support to not only continue the war, but to intensify it and totally obliterate Gaza. President Biden never went that far, and limited American assistance to Israel, which is at least part of the reason Hamas continued what was essentially a hopeless fight.

Then there was this:

Israel has long since achieved its war aims — destroying Hamas as an organized military force so October 7 can never be repeated and eliminating those responsible for its horrors – but at terrible cost to Palestinian civilians caught in a crossfire they did not start and were powerless to stop. Only the hostages remained. Israelis want them home and the war to end, putting pressure on the Israeli government to take the deal, not move the goalposts.

“Palestinian civilians caught in a crossfire they did not start”? Bovine feces! While it were Hamas and their allies who launched the October 7th attack, the people of Gaza wildly cheered it on when they knew it has happened, when the Hamas savages dragged the kidnapped hostages through the streets, celebrating the attack, celebrating the killings, and protecting Hamas.

Jeremy Corbyn, the far-left British politician, tweeted:

It is not up to Blair, Trump or Netanyahu to decide the future of Gaza. That is up to the people of Palestine.

Has he forgotten that the Allies of World War II occupied defeated Germany, denazified it, and set Germany on the path to becoming a peaceful Western democracy, rather than the threat to peace in Europe it had been? Has he forgotten that the United States occupied Japan, transforming its government and writing its constitution, to transform Japan from a militaristic conquering state to a peaceful one? Some cultures cannot be trusted, and the culture of the ‘Palestinians’ after twenty years free of Israeli occupation is one of them.

It goes way beyond those two: my Twitter feed is full of the irredentists of big, big words but who didn’t have the balls to go to Gaza to fight for the ‘Palestinians.’

I am concerned that not enough will be done to pacify Gaza, to end the reign of the irredentists, but only time will answer that.

Once again, Will Bunch defends the bad guys.

If Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran had just enough weapons-grade uranium to put together an atomic bomb, and then shipped it out on a boat to pull into New York harbor, to do what they could to destroy our largest city, Will Bunch would scream bloody murder if the CIA found out about it, and President Trump ordered the boat sunk in international waters. “Why,” he would yell, “didn’t we arrest them when they pulled into New York harbor?”

Trump won’t get to heaven if he keeps murdering people on boats

There was no legal or moral justification for the Trump-ordered boat bombing that killed 11 Venezuelans. It could be just the start.

by Will Bunch | Thursday, September 4, 2025 | 1:16 PM EDT

If Donald Trump is serious about wanting to get to heaven, he has a very odd strategy.

Several paragraphs deleted, in that they are just Philadelphia Inquirer columnist bloviating on what it takes to get to Heaven. Given Mr Bunch’s vocal support for pre-natal infanticide, homosexuality, and transgenderism, I have some difficulty believing the notion that the columnist has any idea what it takes to get to the Heaven he probably doubts exists in the first place.

Just hours after Trump’s plea for everlasting life, he ordered, then celebrated, the mass killing of 11 human beings on a boat in the southern Caribbean Sea, somewhere off Venezuela. This was kind of like scribbling down your 2025 New Year’s resolution to lose weight while sitting in the drive-thru line at Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The U.S. military missile strike Tuesday that obliterated the power boat — which the Trump regime alleged, with zero evidence, was manned by Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members bringing a shipment of narcotics to the United States — was such a shocking event that it took a day or so for the America media to even wrap their arms about what the heck just happened here.

Some of that, to be fair, stems from a complete lack of transparency by the White House and the Defense Department. Trump and his minions were eager to boast to the world about their ability to kill people, as the president quickly posted the 28-second South American “snuff video” of the boat’s annihilation to the White House social-media accounts.

In 1941, before the United States was officially at war with Germany, President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued his “shoot-on-sight” order, directing the Navy to attack any ship threatening U.S. shipping or foreign shipping under escort. President Trump’s order to sink a drug-running boat when it could be sunk is pretty much the same thing: the drug runners were, in effect, attacking the United States directly, and individual American citizens. Mr Bunch, a journolist[1]The spelling ‘journolist’ or ‘journolism’ comes from JournoList, an email list of 400 influential and politically liberal journalists, the exposure of which called into question their … Continue reading in our nation’s sixth largest city, is very much aware of the devastation drugs have wrought on the Kensington section of the city, and, less famously, much of the rest of Philly.

The Trump regime offered no legal justification — let alone a moral one — for blowing up in international waters a ship carrying civilians from a nation with which the United States is not at war. Or why the standard practice of warning and then interdicting a ship believed to be involved in drug trafficking — and arresting any suspects and bringing them to trial — wasn’t followed in this case.

My far too expensive Philadelphia Inquirer subscription. I could use a senior citizen’s discount right about now.

“(W)arning and then interdicting”, huh? In other words, give the crew a chance to dump the drugs and destroying the evidence, as well as giving them a chance to open fire and perhaps wound or kill an American sailor or Coast Guardsman? Or perhaps failing to interdict the boat at all before it beached itself to unload its cargo on the Outer Banks or Rehoboth Beach or somewhere else along out hundreds of miles of coastline?

Mr Bunch sure does like to root for the bad guys. This afternoon he expressed the wish to give eleven drug traffickers a fighting chance, while, as we noted last June, he was cheering on Kilmar Abrego Garcia, even while admitting that he did “find quite troubling the allegations of domestic abuse that caused Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, to briefly seek a protective order.” He complained about universities taking steps, at President Trump’s direction, to fight anti-Semitism on campus. Mr Bunch complained that no one should be above the law when it came to pardoned police officers and the January 6 Capitol protesters — even though most of the J6 defendants had already been railroaded convicted and served their sentences — but he defends those who have broken our immigration laws.

If it weren’t for double standards, Mr Bunch would have no standards at all!

There are times I actually wonder if Mr Trump is playing some secret four-dimensional chess. He has managed to get the American left defending transgenderism even when trans killers have murdered children in school and when some of them are invading minor girls locker rooms and beating them in girls’ sports, illegal immigrants even when some of them are trafficking in drugs and raping 7-year-old girls, and urban criminals in general. The President has managed to push the left so far around the bend on issues important to the American people that it’s amazing

Will Vanity Fair staffers quit over their #TrumpDerangementSyndrome?

Job cuts and layoffs in the credentialed media have been a persistent problem for a couple of decades now, especially in the print medium. Vanity Fair has been among those reporting layoffs at The Washington Post as well as other places, the magazine has seen its share of layoffs, and the people working there have to know just how precious jobs like theirs are right now. So, when an ‘unidentified staffer’ says, “If I have to work bagging groceries at Trader Joe’s, I’ll do it. If [Editorial Director Mark Guiducci] puts Melania on the cover, half of the editorial staff will walk out, I guarantee it,” it sure sounds like the emptiest of threats to me!

Vanity Fair employees lash out over proposed Melania Trump cover: ‘I will walk out the motherf–king door’

By Emily Crane | Tuesday, August 26, 2025 | 7:43 AM EDT

Vanity Fair’s new boss reportedly wants first lady Melania Trump to grace the glossy magazine’s coveted cover — leaving disgruntled woke staff threatening to “walk out the motherf–king door” if it goes ahead.

The fashion mag’s global editorial director, Mark Guiducci, has floated the possibility of putting President Trump’s wife on the cover of the Conde Nast-owned publication as he tries to make his mark in his newly minted role, Semafor reported.

But the mere thought of having the former model as a cover girl sparked fierce backlash from raging lefty staffers.

“I will walk out the motherf–king door, and half my staff will follow me,’ one sensitive editor fumed to the Daily Mail.

“We are not going to normalize this despot and his wife; we’re just not going to do it. We’re going to stand for what’s right,” the unidentified staffer whined.

“If I have to work bagging groceries at Trader Joe’s, I’ll do it. If [Guiducci] puts Melania on the cover, half of the editorial staff will walk out, I guarantee it.”

It sounds to me as though Mr Guiducci’s job just became easier: he won’t have to decide on more layoffs if a bunch of #TrumpDerangementSyndrome afflicted staffers walk out the door!

But, alas! the chances that many, or even any, of the staffers would carry through with such a threat are pretty small. Perhaps the ‘unidentified staffer’s’ guarantee isn’t all that solid?

We previously noted how The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Will Bunch got his thong panties in a twist over Ivanka Trump Kushner visiting the Philadelphia Eagles Nova Care practice facility with her son and his flag football team. Mrs Kushner is not part of President Trump’s present Administration, the article he referenced had nothing to do with politics, yet the columnist was appalled anyway.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing these days.

World War III Watch: Do the left really hate Mr Trump so much that they’d rather see more and more blood flowing than the President get some credit for stopping a war? The left would rather see the killing continue than President Trump achieve a diplomatic victory and peace

Our good friends on the left — and I include the recent neoconservatives, who are not really conservative in very much among the left — are up in arms that the wicked, evil, hated President Donald Trump is trying to get at least a ceasefire, and possibly a lasting peace agreement, between Russia and Ukraine, claiming that such would lock-in Russia’s conquests of roughly 20% of Ukraine. The Editorial Board of The Philadelphia Inquirer, about which I would have written yesterday but was afraid of sounding like a broken record, was simply the latest.

The left are just deathly afraid that Mr Trump might win the Nobel Peace Prize, said to be one of his heartfelt desires, as though promoting peace is somehow a bad thing. But the President said that he just loved stopping wars! Continue reading

How stupid are the “Occupy Democrats”? And how stupid do they believe their followers are?

One would think that anyone with an IQ above room temperature would have understood that this photo posted by the Occupy Democrats on Facebook is utterly stupid.

  • If Donald Trump’s tax returns did expose crimes, there were eight years under the Obama Administration, plus four more during the Biden Administration, to have charged him with crimes.
  • If the ‘Putin transcripts’ revealed treason, both the Obama and Biden Administrations would have exposed them.
  • If the White House visitor logs proved corruption, the Biden Administration would have leaked them.
  • And if the Epstein list implicated Mr Trump, the Biden and later Harris campaigns would have weaponized it.

The left lie through their scummy teeth

I have frequently said that if Donald Trump walked on water, the left would complain that he stepped on and injured some fish. If President Trump cured cancer, the left would combitch that he was putting doctors and nurses out of work.

The tweet screen captured to the left — I always screen capture tweets I’m going to use in articles, because this way they aren’t lost if someone deletes them, and they make great illustrations without having to worry about copyright violations — was just one of many which claimed that the evil, reich-wing President Trump was responsible for the deaths due to an overnight tornado strike in London, Kentucky, because he’s cutting some National Weather Service personnel. The disappointed Democrat and “I am further left, I am more progressive, than anyone in the state of Kentucky,” twice-defeated candidate Amy McGrath Henderson chimed in with her own attack, without bothering with the actual facts.

What my, sadly late, best friend used to call the Lexington Herald-Liberal, the staffers of which absotively, posilutely hate Mr Trump, was forced to admit the truth: Continue reading

Will Bunch: #TrumpDerangementSyndrome much?

Will Bunch is The Philadelphia Inquirer’s furthest left, and by that I mean far left, bat guano nuts #woke,[1]From Wikipedia: Woke (/ˈwoʊk/) as a political term of African-American origin refers to a perceived awareness of issues concerning social justice and racial justice. It is derived from … Continue reading falling for every bit of insane madness woke, #TrumpDerangementSyndrome woke, and he’s agitated again this morning.

1 From Wikipedia:

Woke (/ˈwk/) as a political term of African-American origin refers to a perceived awareness of issues concerning social justice and racial justice. It is derived from the African-American Vernacular English expression “stay woke“, whose grammatical aspect refers to a continuing awareness of these issues. By the late 2010s, woke had been adopted as a more generic slang term broadly associated with left-wing politics and cultural issues (with the terms woke culture and woke politics also being used). It has been the subject of memes and ironic usage. Its widespread use since 2014 is a result of the Black Lives Matter movement.

I shall confess to sometimes “ironic usage” of the term. To put it bluntly, I think that the ‘woke’ are just boneheadedly stupid.

You in a heap o’ trouble, girl! Nothing quite exposes some people's stupidity like social media!

Sometimes I’m just shaking my head in stunned amazement. How, I have to ask, could a public school teacher call for the assassination of President Trump, in public, on Facebook, and still have a job?

Well, maybe she doesn’t, as Superintendent Peter Hallen notified the public that he and “appropriate authorities” are actively investigating the “incident.”

Hat tip to Carol Marks of The Victory Girls! The copy of the post at the right is a screen capture, before Facebook takes it down or the lovely Miss St Germain takes it down.

I check Bluesky so you don’t have to! Will Bunch would rather see more killing than Donald Trump win a Nobel Peace Prize

I will admit it: I have spent far too much of the past couple of days in schadenfreude over the apoplexy of the left that Donald Trump is going to be inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States at noon on Monday. Most of the stuff was by people as no named as me, and a lot of it was simply silly beyond belief. Mr Trump moved the inauguration indoors due to the bitterly cold weather forecast for Washington DC, about 20º F, with wind chills in the single digits, so the left have been claiming that it wasn’t the weather, but that the President was afraid, afraid that the number of protesters would outnumber supporters, and that he just wasn’t tough enough, as Presidents John F Kennedy and Barack Hussein Obama had inaugurations outdoors in similarly cold weather.

We might as well face it: the very bitter left will say anything to insult Mr Trump.

More interesting to me was this skeet — a skeet is what a tweet on Bluesky is called — from Will Bunch, the far-left columnist of The Philadelphia Inquirer. Mr Bunch wrote that he literally felt sick to his stomach over the idea that our incoming President was “already Nobel Peace Prize shopping, peering down the aisles of conflict and crisis to gauge the easiest route to capturing the coveted award to adorn the lobby of Mar-a-Lago,” and that The Washington Post’s new contributing columnist, Rahm Emanuel, argued that “even Trump’s fiercest opponents ought to encourage this yen — and even root him on.” Continue reading
