A hospital, supposedly an institution of science, wants trained health care professionals to be ‘educated’ that girls can be boys and boys can be girls? There are some things which are just mutually exclusive

Sometimes it seems as though today’s political left think that the coed gang shower scene from Starship Troopers is the only important thing. That, of course, and the very-dear-to-the-left idea that ‘transwomen’ are real women, and absolutely Must Be Accepted as such.

Riley Gaines Barker is a former University of Kentucky swimmer who was required to share a locker room with Will Thomas, the male-who-claimed-to-be female swimmer named “Lia” for the University of Pennsylvania. Mrs Barker is married, to a man, so it isn’t as though she has never been seen naked by a man, but I am reminded of a scene in Blue Bloods, in which fictitious New York City Police Officer Edit Janko, who had previously been victimized by frathouse boys who stripped her and posted nude pictures of her, said that she’d never received any complaints about her nude body, because she previously had gotten to choose who got to see it. Mrs Barker obviously chooses to be seen nude by Louis Barker, because she married him. That doesn’t mean that she chooses to be naked in front of any other man.

Does your wife choose to walk around naked in front of other men? Continue reading

Going to jail for telling the truth? That’s what Europeans risk! "The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command." — George Orwell, 1984

In 1984, country music singer Lee Greenwood released his song, “God Bless the USA.” I was reminded of that song, when I read the article below, and the stanza:

I’m proud to be an American
Where at least I know I’m free
And I won’t forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me
And I’d gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt
I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.

Transgender Spanish Actor Sues French Politician For Calling Him A “Man”

By Genevieve Gluck | Saturday, June 1, 2024

Spanish actor Karla Sofía Gascón, a trans-identified male previously known as Juan Carlos, has filed a legal complaint against French politician Marion Maréchal, alleging she committed hate speech by calling him a “man.” Maréchal could face one year in prison and a €300,000 fine (£255,300) if found guilty.

On May 26, Maréchal, the head of France’s Reconquête! party for the European elections, made a comment on social media about Gascón after it was announced that he had won an award for “Best Actress” at the Cannes Film Festival. Gascón had won the award for his role in ‘Emilia Pérez,’ wherein he plays the titular role as a ruthless Mexican drug lord who decides to “transition” in order to evade law enforcement.

“So a man has received the prize at Cannes for… female performance. Progress for the left is the erasure of women and mothers,” wrote Maréchal in response to the news of Gascón’s win.

Apparently in Europe, a politician can face up to a year in jail for telling the truth!

Well, sort of the truth. Juan Carlos is most certainly a male, but it’s clear that he isn’t actually a man. The rest of this article is below the fol, because I have included Mr Greenwood’s music video. Continue reading

If someone was out to destroy transgender acceptance, what would he be doing differently?

‘Aayden’ Gallagher, photo from New York Post on Twitter.

I have asked this question previously: if someone was actively trying to sabotage the concept that #TransgenderWomenAreWomen, what would he be doing differently from what the ‘transgender women’ are doing right now when it comes to sports?

The usual conservative outlets carried the story of how ‘Aayden’ Gallagher, a male, won the Oregon Girls’ 6A 200-meter state championship race, and was roundly jeered by the spectators. But now even the liberal credentialed media are reporting on the story. From NBC News:

High school sophomore Aayden Gallagher won the 200-meter race at the state championship event in Eugene, Oregon.

Crazy people are dangerous

The First Street Journal has twice previously written about the murders of black transgender ‘women,’ pointing out that most politically incorrect of facts, that the majority of such victims were working as prostitutes, and that meant many of the victims were killed by ‘johns’ they tricked — pun most definitely intended — into thinking they were real women, and the ‘johns’ reacted violently when the found out that they had been sexually assaulted by another male.

Let me be plain here: if a male disguises himself as a woman in order to have some form of sex with another male, and the other male does not realize that the disguised male is not really a woman, he has been raped!

Now we come to the other side of this situation:

Texas murder suspect runs victim over twice before kissing, stabbing his limp body: VIDEO

By Brooke Taylor, KTRK | Saturday, May 11, 2024 | 11:38 AM CDT

HOUSTON — Our Houston sister station, ABC13 Eyewitness News, obtained a deeply disturbing video of a murder in broad daylight.

On May 3, the victim, Steven Anderson, was walking on a Texas street to pick up mail when a car ran him over.

The suspect is 20-year-old Karon Fisher, identified in court records as a man but also described as a woman by police.

Crazy people are dangerous #Transgender girl shows some toxic masculinity

Sometimes I worry that I am stepping on the toes of former Washington Times reporter and editor Robert Stacy McCain and his series entitled Crazy People Are Dangerous by using the title myself, but sometimes the crazy becomes too blatant to ignore. This site previously reported on the brutal assault by a 13-year-old boy claiming to be a girl on a 12-year-old girl at Pennbrook Middle School, and how the credentialed media are mostly keeping the fact that the alleged assailant is nuttier than a fruitcakesuffers from gender dysphoria. Crazy people are dangerous Always note what the media are telling you, and what they are not

The in-school assault was serious enough that several credentialed media sources reported on it, and how the school was warned, in advance, that the attack would occur, and did nothing.

But you know what all of the media sources I linked did not mention? It has been reported by the Daily Mail that the assailant was not a real girl, but a boy self-identifying as a girl: Continue reading

Crazy people are dangerous Whenever there is a truth that you cannot tell, that is a truth you must tell!

My very good friends on the left used to love, when presented with a fact which challenged their assertions, to use the expression, “The plural of anecdote is not data.” I, of course, pointed out that an ‘anecdote,’ if confirmed, actually is a datum. A few years ago, Barry Ritholtz writing in The Big Picture, reported:

Which brings us back to anecdotes: As it turns out, the original quote about anecdotes had a very different context, and a much more nuanced meaning. It is attributed to Ray Wolfinger, who was a political scientist at the University of California-Berkeley.

Wolfinger’s original statement was quite literally the very opposite of what we all have been using. He had actually said “the plural of anecdote is data.” This should affect the way we think about and use data.

Mr Ritholtz noted the problem of selection bias. Yes, he used as an example, shark attacks are dangerous, and frequently lethal, but the vast majority of interactions between humans and sharks do not result in sharks attacking humans. I am reminded of General ‘Buck’ Turgidson’s statement in Dr Strangelove, “I don’t think it’s fair to condemn the whole program due to a single slip-up.” And that leads me to the obvious question: just how many of these data points does it take to destroy the narrative? It’s all about the Benjamins

Tadej Pogačar, from his UAE Team Emirates bio.

Our family, especially our younger daughter, are fans of professional cycling. Our daughter knows all of the major players, and if my interest is more for the scenery on the European road races, I still know something about the sport.

How fanatic are our family? While watching the Tour of Scotland on television in 2022, my wife and daughter decided, upon seeing a quaint looking hotel in Ballater, Scotland, that they had to go there, which they did in October of that year. I didn’t get to go, but it worked out for me because, when our older daughter called from Kuwait, and said she got four days leave and was going to Jerusalem, I had a perfect excuse to join her there, and no one could object that it cost too much money!

The two best cyclists in the world are Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark and Tadej Pogačar from Slovenia. Mr Vingegaard rides for Team Visma/Lease-a-Bike, while Mr Pogačar is the number one rider for UAE Team Emirates. Mr Pogačar won the Tour de France in 2020 and 2021, while Mr Vingegaard won in 2022 and 2023. Alas! Mr Vingegaard was injured in a serious crash on Stage 4 of the Tour of Basque Country on April 4th, and while it’s not impossible, it is unlikely he’ll be in shape to ride in the Tour this year.

One of the primary goals of the corporate, and in the case of UAE, government, sponsors is publicity, as bike racing is especially popular in Europe, and there’s nothing that the sponsors like more than seeing their emblems featured prominently on television. And with Mr Pogačar, the UAE Team Emirates logo will be very prominently featured on television!

Whenever there is a truth you cannot tell, that is a truth you must tell!

J K Rowling, the author of the brilliant Harry Potter books, is a stone liberal, one who decided to tell readers that Albus Dumbledore, the headmaster of Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft, is homosexual. Miss Rowling never mentioned anything about her vision of Professor Dumbledore as being queer in the actual series of books, and the only mention of sexuality in the series is all about normal sexual interests. Her description of how nerdy teenaged boys felt about having to ask out girls to the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, when the main characters would have been 14-years-old, amazed me in how a middle-aged woman could so accurately portray a teenaged boy’s thinking and feelings and utter terrors at having to ask out a girl for the first time. But, even as liberal as she is, she understands that males cannot ‘transition’ into females, and vice-versa. Continue reading
