Does she understand that there is no legislative authority to do this, because the 1st means there can be no legislation, hence, no Executive Branch authority? Does she even care? She doesn’t get to pick and choose what is “misinformation and hate”, and the Constitution doesn’t allow her too. You’d think someone who served as California’s to prosecutor would have a firm grasp on stuff like this. Any Democrats cheering her on should remember that the government can quickly turn on them

“Her values haven’t changed,” Trump said of Harris. “That’s what she wants. So, she told the truth. We’re not going to let this happen.”
“Communism is the past. Freedom is the future, and it is time to send comrade Kamala Harris back home to California, where crime is rampant, and fleeing is the number one occupation,” Trump added.
For all the wacky prognostications by Democrats that Trump is a Fascist and Authoritarian, he didn’t do this during his first 4 years. He wasn’t out there talking about un-Constitutionally taking away people’s rights. But, Democrats, including Harris and Tim Walz, have said they would. And, have done it.
Remember: It was Joe Biden who provided a Ministry of Truth, oops, sorry, Disinformation Governance Board under the Department of Fatherland Security, not Donald Trump.
