What did they think would happen?

Let’s tell the truth here: Western liberals are, collectively, as dumb as a box of rocks. Images of the border wall between Gaza and Egypt are all over the internet, and anyone who can use Teh Google could have looked up the fact that the Egyptian government see Hamas as just another facet of the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamist group outlawed in Egypt. Egypt has been ‘helping’ with negotiations between Hamas and Israel, because Egypt still dislikes Western civilization — other than Western nations’ money that is! — but sees political Islam as a real threat. That border wall, built by Egypt, not Israel, certainly more of an impediment than the big, beautiful wall President Trump has been building between the United States and Mexico, was meant to keep ‘Palestinians’ from getting into Egypt, because Egypt sees them for what they are: nothing but radical malcontents who have caused trouble everywhere the’ve gone.

Knowing all of that, why would the #GlobalMarchToGaza think that the Egyptian government would go along with their plans? Continue reading →

Today’s left truly hate #FreedomOfSpeech . . . for people other than themselves Today's left champion 'diversity', just as long as it's not a diversity of opinions.

The “Occupy Democrats” emerged from the silly “Occupy Wall Street” protests and say they are “a merger of the goals and interests of Occupy with those of the Democratic Party.” What they oppose is, in no particular order, Donald Trump, capitalism, and freedom of speech and of the press. They apparently, to judge from the cartoon published on their Facebook page, blame conservative election victories on President Ronald Reagan, who enabled Rush Limbaugh to gain an audience — not that he had “Talent on loan from God” — and then Fox News, the Drudge Report and the Koch brothers, then Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, and inevitably Donald Trump. I’m only surprised that they didn’t include Twitter —  I refuse to call it 𝕏 — and Facebook.

We have reported many times on now thankfully former President Joe Biden’s attempt to create a Ministry of Truth under the Department of Fatherland Security, called the “Disinformation Governance Board”, and how we were fortunate that it failed. The left were aghast when Elon Musk was trying to buy Twitter, because they were afraid that conservatives might use Twitter more successfully, and the very lovely Taylor Lorenz, who wants to force us all to wear face masks forever, blamed the failure of that Board on “right-wing attacks.” My good friend — we’re such good friends that she has blocked me on Bluesky — Amanda Marcotte, who exercises her own freedom of speech and of the press on Salon, wanted the government to take over Twitter while The Philadelphia Inquirer’s far-left columnist Will Bunch suggested it “should exist more as a semi-public utility than as an entity that a man with a spare $44 billion can just light on fire.” Continue reading →

Perhaps we have noted The Philadelphia Inquirer’s far left and #TrumpDerangement Syndrome afflicted columnist Will Bunch too much recently, but, while doing everything he can to defend the rioters and illegal immigrants in Los Angeles, he’s worried that such might come to the City of Brotherly Love.

I had meant to write this on Saturday, but got sidetracked when we rescued a very emaciated Huskey (mix?) female dog. She was begging for attention outside of the Sav-a-Lot grocery store, and she’s skin and bones: ribs showing, as well as her hips. I walked her to my 2010 Ford F-150, still running strong with fewer than 200 miles until the odometer flips to 200,000, and brought her home. We fed her, and I’ll take her to the vet on Monday, because she might have worms, causing her to not get enough nutrition from the food she does get.

With three dogs and a cat of our own, we really can’t keep her, and I’ve been trying to find someone who can take care of her. That didn’t stop me from naming her Galadriel.

We reported, last Friday, on Catherine Herridge’s report of the Biden Administration’s efforts to label those who disagreed with COVID-19 vaccine mandates as “Domestic Violent Extremists”:

No matter how much you hate the credentialed media, you do not hate them enough!

You know, I get it: everyone wants to keep his job, no matter how royally he f(ornicated) up! As we have previously noted, the credentialed media have been trying their d(arnedest) to blame their almost total lack of coverage of thankfully former President Joe Biden’s declining physical and mental health not on their own failures to be actual journalists, but on Mr Biden’s inner circle and staff of paid flunkies to tell them the truth. How naïve do the reporters and editors have to be to think that people whose jobs and positions depended on Mr Biden remaining in office would tell other people that their boss was losing it?

Well, apparently the Editorial Board of The Washington Post want you to think that they were stunned by events!

I have frequently said that if Donald Trump walked on water, the left would complain that he stepped on and injured some fish. If President Trump cured cancer, the left would combitch that he was putting doctors and nurses out of work.

The tweet screen captured to the left — I always screen capture tweets I’m going to use in articles, because this way they aren’t lost if someone deletes them, and they make great illustrations without having to worry about copyright violations — was just one of many which claimed that the evil, reich-wing President Trump was responsible for the deaths due to an overnight tornado strike in London, Kentucky, because he’s cutting some National Weather Service personnel. The disappointed Democrat and “I am further left, I am more progressive, than anyone in the state of Kentucky,” twice-defeated candidate Amy McGrath Henderson chimed in with her own attack, without bothering with the actual facts.
