We have been saying this for a while now, and it seems that every passing day reaffirms the truth of it: if a person is, in the characterization by Colonel Batguano in Dr Strangelove, a “deviated prevert” in one thing, the probabilities that he will be a pervert in something else are very high.
Woman accused of sexually abusing minor during North Fort Myers house showing

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman accused of inappropriately touching an underage victim during a house showing.
Note that the Gulf Coast News referred to the suspect as a woman, and uses the feminine pronouns in reference to him further down in the story, but the suspect, one Uriel Santiago Perez, is actually male, and is so listed in the police report.
According to LCSO, deputies responded to a North Fort Myers home on Tuesday in reference to a sexual battery. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim and their father.
The father told LCSO that earlier this week he posted that their home was up for sale, and included his phone number in the listing. The suspect, later identified as Uriel Santiago Perez, contacted the father and arranged a showing of the home.
Shortly after Santiago Perez arrived, the victim and their father began giving her a tour of the home.
Deputies say Santiago Perez isolated the victim in a bathroom and proceeded to sexually abuse them. The victim immediately contacted law enforcement, but Santiago Perez left before deputies could arrive, according to LCSO.
Townhall has more, including information not in the Gulf Coast News:
Now, federal law enforcement said Perez is not only an illegal alien from Mexico, but that he’s a “trans-identifying” male who was ignored by the Obama administration when ICE had the opportunity to take Perez into custody back in 2015.
According to Bill Melugin, Perez exposed his “breasts” to the young boy before forcefully sexually assaulting him.
“A federal source tells Fox that Perez was previously encountered by ICE after an arrest in Lawrenceville, GA in 2015, but because he didn’t meet the Obama administration’s ICE enforcement priorities at the time, he was ignored and ICE did not place a detainer on him with the Gwinnett County, GA jail,” Melugin wrote. “Fox is told this was specifically the result of former Obama DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson’s 11/20/2014 memo on ICE enforcement priorities. Fox is told that PEREZ has a prior conviction for prostitution in Georgia in 2013. ICE has now placed a detainer on him with law enforcement in Lee County, FL for this sexual assault arrest.”
He “didn’t meet the Obama administration’s ICE enforcement priorities at the time,” huh? Georgia had him in custody, he had a prior conviction, but Barack Hussein Obama and Jeh Johnson and their minions didn’t think he needed to be kicked out of the country? Why would they want to keep a previously convicted criminal in the United States?
Many of our good friends on the left believe that it is wrong, or bad policy, or whatever, to deport illegal immigrants who’ve broken no non-immigration-related laws while they were here, and I can at least understand that position. But here we have Mr Santiago Perez, who had a previous conviction, and the Obama Administration’s policies were that he should stay as well. What, was there a shortage of transgender hookers in Georgia?
So, what do we have? A male who claims he’s a woman, perversion number one. A 38-year-old male sexually attracted to minors, perversion number two, and a male sexually attracted to other males. Yeah, no wonder the credentialed media don’t want to report on this.
